Does pure water clean my windows as well as the old method? ⇨

Absolutely, yes. Pure water window cleaning is recognized to be as good as or better than old methods of cleaning, it does not leave sticky soap residue on the glass or frames and therefore will not attract fresh dirt.

Clean frames means no dirt to run onto the glass when we get a downpour of rain, giving a better and longer lasting cleaning result than conventional methods.

To coin a phrase we are window cleaners not glass cleaners

Why are our windows left wet? ⇨

Leaving windows wet may seems strange. We are all used to the marks left behind when we splash tap water on glass, however our water is far from being normal tap water. We have purified it to such a degree that there is simply nothing in it to be left behind once it dries.

Trying to remove the water by drying it would risk contamination, so it is left to dry naturally to a beautiful crystal clear finish.

What difference will I notice? ⇨

The biggest difference will be the quality of the clean. Because we don’t put soap in our water, there is no sticky residue left behind. The residue often during old-fashioned cleaning methods meant that dust blowing onto the glass would easily stick and build up.

Using the Pure Water method simply means that your windows will stay sparkling clean for longer.

Also, when it rains, the sticky residue would come together in the rain droplets and dry as a spot. This is why rain no longer affects our work.

Why are you using this new system of window cleaning? ⇨

The new method of cleaning makes a much better job when used correctly and will ensure windows stay clean longer, but more importantly because it's safer, as we all know, ladders can be extremely dangerous, there are many deaths each year and far more serious injuryies as a result of ladder accidents.

At PurerClean we do all we can to keep our staff safe at all times.

Can you clean the windows above my conservatory? ⇨

In most cases we can clean the windows above a conservatory. If we can see the entire window from the ground, there is a very good chance we will be able to clean it using our telescopic poles.

Are you reliable? ⇨

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. With this in mind we always strive to maintain the consistency of our visits in terms of punctuality, professionalism, and the quality of service we provide.

Will you call the same time every month? ⇨

On commercial properties we aim to call the exact day we are due.

For domestic properties our work is based on a 4 week rota (round). Unfortunately it is very difficult to specify a date or day due to so many variables, such as extreme weather, holidays, illness, etc.

But what we can promise is that you will have a very regular and professional window cleaning service all year round, we wont just stop visiting when things get tough.

Do you offer cleaning at any frequency other than 4 weeks? ⇨

We will be in your area every 4 weeks therefore our schedules are based on that to avoid additional journeys. From this perspective we find that intervals of 4 or 8 weeks works well.

Commercial properties can be cleaned at any frequency that suits you.

Do you do one off cleans? ⇨

Yes, however we may need some notice in order to fit a job in.

How much does it cost? ⇨

We can sometimes give a cost estimate but in order to give an accurate price we would always prefer to visit the property because there are many variables to take into consideration.

What hours do you work? ⇨

8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday on residential properties

Do I need to leave my rear garden gate unlocked in case you arrive unexpectedly? ⇨

To allow you to keep your property secure, we offer a free text service to inform you that we will be coming.

We will send you a text message on the day before we are due to arrive, so you can make arrangements to allow access. We are happy to discuss your individual requirements, so please feel free to get in touch so we can discuss.

Do you work in the rain? ⇨

Yes, we still clean windows in the rain. In order to keep our rounds regular and not fall behind, we often need to work in bad weather. However we try to avoid it where we can.

On days when it is raining hard, or in heavy snow, we might have to re-schedule. But rest assured, we pride ourselves on quality therefore would never work if we felt that our standards would be compromised.

Do you do any other types of cleaning? ⇨

Yes. We clean Conservatory’s, Fascia’s, Gutters, Garage Doors, Patios. In fact we can clean most things. Just ask and we will do our best to help.

Do you give a guarantee? ⇨

Yes, if within 24 hrs, there are any problems, please give us a call and we will return and rectify free of charge.

How do I pay you? ⇨

There are a number of ways to pay. Our preferred method is electronic bank transfer, but some people like to pay the cleaner on the day they visit, and some customers prefer to drop it into our office personally.

Details for all methods are on the slip we leave on the day of cleaning.

Whichever payment method you choose, please remember to give your address, or preferably the unique customer reference number you will be given.
